Common membership questions.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both The Edit and The Diamond are month-to-month, billed on the first of each month. Cancel by the 25th and your card will not be charged the next cycle. No fees, no friction.
What happens if I miss a month?
Unused signature services roll over for 60 days. After that they expire. We send a reminder text at day 45 so you can book before forfeiting anything.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — up to 90 days per calendar year, no reason needed. Travel, pregnancy, surgery recovery, or simply a slower month. Text us and we'll pause it within an hour.
Is the 10-20% discount stackable with promotions?
Members always get the better of the two prices — either the member discount or any active promotion, whichever is lower. We will never charge a member more than a non-member.
What's included in the 'one Botox area' on Diamond?
Up to 25 units monthly, applied to one anatomical area (forehead, glabella, crow's feet, or jaw). Most clients use this for ongoing maintenance dosing. Additional units are billed at the member rate.
Can I share my membership with a partner?
Members may bring one guest per year at member pricing. Memberships themselves are individual — we can't transfer monthly services between people. We do offer couples consultations on request.
