We designed Lumen the way our best clients told us a med spa should feel: quiet, private, slow on purpose. Natural light, soft music, champagne if you want it. Five treatment suites, never more than two clients on the floor at once.

How long does a typical Botox appointment take?
Thirty minutes start to finish. Numbing cream, injection, and a short follow-up window. Most clients book on a lunch hour and walk out without anyone noticing.
How long does filler last?
Lip filler lasts 9-12 months on average. Cheek and chin filler lasts 12-18 months. Under-eye filler can last up to 18 months in the right candidate. Results are dose- and product-dependent — your injector will give you a realistic timeline.
What's the recovery for Morpheus8?
Mild redness and a sandpaper texture for 2-3 days. Pinpoint scabbing for a week. Most clients return to social events at day five and full makeup at day three. We schedule sessions 4 weeks apart.
Are laser treatments safe for darker skin?
Yes — we use the Cutera excel HR platform which is safe and effective across all Fitzpatrick skin types. We will not perform a laser treatment without an in-person consultation first.
Do IV drips actually work?
For dehydration, electrolyte rebalancing, and acute recovery (post-flight, post-illness, post-hangover) the bioavailability advantage is real. For chronic wellness goals the evidence is thinner — we'll discuss honestly whether it's the right tool.
Can I combine treatments in one visit?
Often yes. Botox + HydraFacial in the same visit is very common. We avoid stacking deeper treatments (Morpheus8 + filler, for instance) and will sequence them across multiple visits for safety.
