Is the consultation really free, even if I don't book anything?
Yes. The 30-minute consultation is complimentary with no strings attached. Roughly one in five consults ends with us recommending nothing at all for now - skincare first, treatment later. We would rather earn a client at the right time than sell a syringe at the wrong one.
How do I know which treatment I actually need?
Start with the concern, not the treatment. The matching guide on this page mirrors how our providers think: movement lines point to Botox, volume loss to filler, texture and laxity to Morpheus8, surface dullness to HydraFacial. Your consult confirms (or corrects) the match in person - skin in real light beats any online guide.
Will I be pressured to buy a package or membership?
No. Membership math is shown only if you ask or if your plan would clearly cost less on one. Every price we quote is the posted menu price, and your written plan is valid for 60 days so you can decide at home, not in the chair.
Who performs the consultation?
A board-certified MD, RN, or NP with a minimum of five years of cosmetic experience - the same person who would perform your treatment. We do not hand consults to salespeople or junior staff.
Can I be treated the same day as my consultation?
Usually, yes. Botox, Dysport, HydraFacial, and most filler appointments can follow your consult in the same visit if your provider confirms you're a candidate. Laser and Morpheus8 protocols are typically scheduled for a return visit so we can plan around sun exposure and downtime.
