Lumen membership math: when it pays off, when it doesn't

Our membership is built around predictable maintenance routines. Clients who visit 6+ times a year for treatments save money on it; clients who come in twice a year for special events don't. We'd rather you skip the membership than feel like you're not getting value, so here's the honest math.

Membership at $295/month gets you: 1 signature facial per month, 1 treatment credit per month (use for tox/filler/laser at member rates), 15% off retail skincare, 20% off member-day events. Two facials alone retail at $390/month at our standard rate - so anyone using both credits is already ahead.

Where it doesn't make sense: (1) if you only do injectables and like to bank them seasonally, the per-credit member rate matters more than the bundled facial; (2) if you're traveling >4 months a year, you'll forfeit credits; (3) if you're new to medical aesthetics- try à la carte first, see what you actually like, then commit.
